About this trip

Gulmarg's ski season runs roughly January to March, and the terrain off the second gondola phase is genuinely serious. This package suits both beginners taking their first lessons and intermediate skiers who want the higher runs.

Gear rental, lift passes and instruction are arranged. We keep you in Gulmarg for the whole stay rather than driving up daily from Srinagar, which wastes the best snow hours.

Day by day

  1. Day 1

    Srinagar to Gulmarg

    Airport pickup and transfer to Gulmarg. Gear fitting in the afternoon.

  2. Day 2

    Instruction day one

    Morning and afternoon lessons on the lower slopes.

  3. Day 3

    Instruction day two

    Progression to Kongdoori via gondola phase one.

  4. Day 4

    Instruction day three

    Phase two towards Apharwat for those ready, weather permitting.

  5. Day 5

    Free skiing

    A full day to ski at your own pace with the gear you already have.

  6. Day 6

    Departure

    Transfer back to Srinagar airport.
