These terms apply to bookings made with Tripfytours. Please read them before confirming a trip.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we receive the agreed advance and issue a written confirmation. The balance is payable before the trip begins unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting rates per person and vary with season, group size, hotel category and availability. The price that applies to you is the one in your written quotation. Prices may change before confirmation if hotel rates, transport costs or applicable taxes change.

What is included

Each package lists its inclusions and exclusions. Anything not listed as included is excluded. In Kashmir, gondola tickets, local union taxi charges, pony rides and monument entry fees are commonly paid locally and are not part of package pricing unless stated.

Travel documents

You are responsible for carrying valid photo identification. Certain areas require permits, and pilgrimage yatras require registration issued by the relevant shrine board. We assist with these but cannot guarantee approval, as issuance is not within our control.

Changes and conditions beyond our control

Itineraries may need to change because of weather, road closures, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control. Where this happens we will arrange the closest reasonable alternative. We are not liable for costs arising from such changes, including missed flights.

Health and fitness

High-altitude destinations including Ladakh and Amarnath carry health risks. You must tell us in advance about any medical condition that could affect your travel. You travel at your own risk and we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Conduct

We may end a trip without refund if a traveller's conduct endangers others or disrupts the group.

Liability

We act as an agent for hotels, transport operators and other suppliers. We are not liable for loss, injury or delay caused by those suppliers or by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir.
